Three wines occupying various positions in the general vicinity of white wine.

Ewa 2023 Pinot Blanc — 65% traditionally fermented white juice and 35% skin-contact wine: apple, nectarine, texture and savoury complexity.

Calvin 2024 Almost White Pinot Noir — we tried to make a white wine from Pinot Noir. We almost succeeded. Red apple, pear, a little sherbet, bright acidity and the faintest pink hue. 

Sara 2023 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay — proper Chardonnay territory, with the additional texture and richness that comes from barrel fermentation.

White. Almost white. Sort-of-orange-white. White-ish.
