Slightly hazy which contributes to the palate weight and finish, alongside aromas of coconut, citrus and tropical fruits.\u003cspan class=\"Apple-converted-space\"\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eHow it was made\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHand harvested and whole bunch pressed, with primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The base wine was dry hopped with hop flowers (Sabro, Citra, Mosaic) in large tea bags for 1 week before being removed. The wine then tank aged for months before additional yeast and sugar was added before undergoing secondary fermentation in bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter another year it was gently turned on its head so that the sediment from the secondary fermentation would form in the neck before being disgorged (the sediment frozen and popped out) and topped up with the same wine.
